Working as a florist from the age of 15, Nic Bambacas FDA, brings a strong practical perspective to the art of floristry. Over the past 35 years he and his partner have owned and operated three successful and well-known florist businesses.

Nic has gained recognition in the Australian Floristry Industry and has received numerous accolades and awards for his design work and teaching. For three consecutive years he won ‘District 1 Designer of the Year’ and was invited to design and create a display by Interflora at the World Cup in Hamburg, Germany.

He has been Interflora Chairman, and Education Convenor, and has been consistently approached to demonstrate his talents not only throughout Australia, but has also demonstrated and promoted native flowers to hundreds of florists in Tokyo on behalf of the Export Flower Council of Australia.
